Refund and Return Policy

At Autolec, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase of our premium vehicle parts. However, we understand that sometimes things may not meet your expectations. That’s why we’ve designed a straightforward return and refund policy to make the process as smooth as possible.

Returns

If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it. Simply return the product in its original packaging and in unused, resalable condition, and we will gladly provide a refund. Please note that certain electrical and lighting products may require additional inspection before we can issue a refund, so be sure to contact us for guidance before returning.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, we are happy to offer a full refund or replacement. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, providing details and photos of the fault or damage, so we can resolve the issue promptly. Faulty items must also be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. This includes products that have been installed, used, or modified in any way, as well as items without their original packaging.

Postage and Packaging Costs

While we are unable to refund the cost of postage and packaging, we will cover the return shipping for any faulty or incorrect items. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

International Orders

For our overseas customers, please contact us before making a purchase if you have any questions about shipping, returns, or refunds. Due to logistical constraints, we may not be able to accept returns from certain countries.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 2 working days of placing your order. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process once the item arrives.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund promptly. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
